April’s rock painting idea list includes designs that celebrate Earth Day and include fun designs like a garden gnome, dolphin and Easter egg. We also included a design we saw online – a rain droplet. Not gonna lie, it looks like a challenge, but we’re looking forward to giving it a try! For the mandala, we have some dotting tools on our rock painting supplies checklist that you may want to try.
We’ve created a printer-friendly list to keep handy at your rock painting station (okay, we know it’s really the kitchen table you’ve taken over with all your rock painting supplies!)
The themes on this list are simply suggestions and there are no hard-fast rules – just have fun with it! As always, each month, we’ll provide rock painting ideas to help inspire you. Challenge yourself to paint as many of these designs as you can. Get an ID from GoRock.com to see on a map where your rocks travel and to be notified every time one of your rocks is posted as found. And, your painted rocks do more than just spread kindness. With GoRock’s Rock It Forward program, your painted rocks lead to donations to charity. Rock finders also have the opportunity to pay it forward and make a donation. Just another way we’re paying it forward, one painted rock at a time.
Ready. Set. Paint (and, spread kindness!)
